Upgrade or downgrade your Allo plan

Allo provides a free plan with limitations and a team plan with more robust features to enhance collaboration. Discounts are available for enterprises, startups, and educators. For detailed pricing, please visit our pricing page. In this article, we will talk about how you can upgrade and downgrade your Allo plan.

Upgrade to the Team Plan

Follow the steps below to upgrade your workspace to the team plan:

  1. Click the gear icon next to the workspace name. You will be brought to the admin console.
  2. Click "Billing".
  3. Under "Manage plan", click "Upgrade".
  4. Select the seat number (usually the number of workspace members) and billing cycle, enter your payment details, and click "Confirm".

Note: Only workspace admins can upgrade the workspace. If you're not an admin of the workspace, please contact the workspace admin for an upgrade.

Downgrade to the Free Plan

Follow the steps below to downgrade your workspace to the free plan:

  1. Click the gear icon next to the workspace name. You will be brought to the admin console.
  2. Click "Billing".
  3. Under "Manage plan", click "Switch plan".
  4. Click "Free" and "Confirm", select a reason for leaving, and click "Downgrade".

Note: Only workspace admins can downgrade the workspace. If you're not an admin of the workspace, please contact the workspace admin for a downgrade.
