Allo canvases can be embedded in any website or tool that supports HTML and iframes (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Confluence, etc.). This way, you and your team will be able to view Allo canvases directly inside the platform you're currently on without having to switch between tools.

To embed an Allo canvas to a website or or a tool, follow the steps below:

  1. Inside the canvas you'd like to embed, click on the "Share" button located at the top right.
  2. Among different share options, Click on the "Embed" tab.
  3. Toggle on the embed canvas toggle.
  4. Copy the HTML code that appears.
  5. Paste the code into the website or blog you'd like the canvas to be embedded in.
💡 Note: The embed link and the sharing link of read permission are connected for now. If either of the toggles is turned off, the other toggle will be automatically turned off as well so that anyone who's shared via the read-only sharing link will lose access to this canvas. Similarly, if the read permission sharing link is renewed, the canvases embedded with the previous link will also be expired.

Tip 1: Click the canvas name located at the bottom left to open the canvas inside the Allo platform.

Tip 2: All the embedded canvases are synced with the original canvas. All the changes will be updated in real time once the original canvas is modified.
